Choosing a plumber / plumbing contractor:
A professional plumbing company will have the skills, experience and training to do the job right, saving you time and money in the long run. They should be willing to give you an estimate. Even if the problem is obvious, such as a leaking toilet or burst pipe, ask for an explanation of not only the plumbing problem but the proposed repairs and guarantees that come with the plumber's work. Your plumber should show concern for the work they have performed, and should care about customer service. A good plumber will be as careful in your house as he would be in his own. All contractors on this site are licensed and bonded, but should you use another contractor, be sure to verify their Washington State Contractor's License.
Quick Tip: Know where your water shut off valves are so that in case of an emergency, you can minimize the water damage.
Quick response, extremely professional, excellent service. ~ Tacoma, WA
Really great. They replaced a brass faucet, rebuilt the laundry sink trap, and put a new seal on the laundry tub. They really care and treat me like family. They go far beyond what you would expect. ~ University Place WA
Amazing, I love them. I have used them for over 10 years and they have always done a great job on everything. They have fixed or repaired toilet, drains, basement drains, water lines, pretty much anything a plumber can do, they've done. They are very professional, service oriented, and don't leave a mess. I highly recommend them. ~ University Place WA
