Choosing a painting Contractor:
When selecting a painter for your home or business, consider the type of work you need done - interior or exterior, new construction, remodel, updating, or maintenance. Some painting contractors have specialties that may better meet your needs. Also consider the prep work required for previously painted surfaces. Proper preparation including pressure washing, scraping, caulking and priming may be needed to insure a lasting finish. Be sure to get detailed estimates of casts and completion dates from more than one painter before making a decision. All contractors on this site are licensed and bonded, but should you use another contractor, be sure to verify their Washington State Contractor's License.
Quick Tip: It is often worth spending the money for higher quality paints as they usually contain a higher concentration of pigments cutting the number of coats required and a more even finish.
