I am beyond pleased with my decision to use the services of Valley Furnace. They were extremely helpful and thoughtful and professional. They arrived on schedule with drop cloths, and were so careful when they removed the old furnace and installed the new one. It's totally amazing, the quiet of my new furnace compared to the old one, and really it's a nice even warm clean heat now. I am thrilled with my purchase and with Valley Furnace. Andy the Owner made it crystal clear how the process would be, and it was exactly as promised, and only a few hours without heat.
