USI tore out and replaced our old deck with an undercover system, lights, skylights, power outlets, and a sound system. They expanded the patio area for a hot tub and a fire table. They were well organized, did a good job of coordinated the subs - plumber and electrician, and worked well with the city on inspections and permits.
