They designed and built a two bedroom addition that extended over the garage, including a master bath and walk-in closet. I was really impressed with how the design of the addition fit into the existing house design. Gloria was great on helping me with the selection of colors and tile. The first phase was adding a 500 sq ft addition and large deck with glass railing for a Craftsman lake view home. We expanded and updated the kitchen with all new cabinetry, appliances, large granite island with cook-top, tile countertops, full back-splash and enlarged window to enjoy the lake view, plus a hutch with a wine cooler, plus a mud room & breakfast nook bump. The second phase was a grand entry and coat closet and a master suite with a see through fireplace between the jetted tub and bedroom, large no door shower, bathroom in-floor heating, and large organizer closet The design and project management was excellent. The subs were great. Very honest company. Love my house and showing it off. Would recommend and use again if I ever needed to do a remodel. ~ Laura, Renton WA

Our first project was to remodel the upstairs master bathroom and the kid's large main bathroom. Then we took on remodeling the downstairs. It was really wonderful to work with them on the design. They were great at pulling all the design elements together and very thorough. Some of the design elements included new maple cabinetry, quartz countertops, new plumbing and lighting fixtures, mirrors framed to match the cabinetry, glass tile designs back-splashes, vanities, shower and tub/shower combo, new vinyl flooring, light fixtures, new millwork, doors and hardware. Rich has a good eye for symmetry and what works. The quality of construction was excellent and they stayed on budget. It looks beautiful - I love it! ~ Amy, Sammamish WA
