I would like to let you know, my wife and really appreciate, the hard work that Kelly and his crew have done! Kelly really put his customer first! He is full of energy, which seems to be focused on getting the job done right and efficiently. Kelly will go out of his way to make sure all details are complete. Arlie has done painting, drywall, weatherization, decking, windows, doors and a variety of other projects for me. He knows what he is doing, does it in a good time frame and doesn't have to be called back. Not only does he do good work, but he's honest and a good communicator. We had some moisture problems from leaking siding. A & D Home Remodeling Inc. removed windows, resided portions of the house, fixed a roof leak, replaced the windows, repaired the drywall, painted, and even put in a needed dryer vent. Everything was done for the agreed price and completed on time. He did a really nice job, cleaned up after, and stands behind his work. We are very happy with the results. ~ Bill, Auburn WA

I had a leaky skylight, Arlie came out, looked it over, gave me a bid, explained just what the job entailed, what could or might also need some attention. Arlie said he needed a day to round up a replacement window, and would be back in 2 days at 9am. Just like clockwork, he arrived on time with all materials needed. He and his hired hand were efficient, proficient, did a great job. He thought the job needed a couple of flashings to be totally right, said he would be back on Monday by 9am. Installed the flashings, painted some woodwork, cleaned up, thanked me for using his services. I would refer Arlie to anyone that needed home services of this nature. ~ Frank, Federal Way WA
